Transfervans Safe and Contactless Delivery Procedures

On Monday 20 September 2021, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced that Auckland would be entering Covid-19 Alert Level-3 from 11.59pm Tuesday 21 September for two weeks, with the remainder of the country operating under Level-2.

Under Alert Levels 3 and 2, Transfervans will continue to operate using safe distancing using the process below.

Customer Advisory Covid-19

Transfervans believes that the safety of the public and our teams are paramount. Should the government believes that an extension is required, then these procedures will apply until all areas revert to Alert Level 1.

Can you move under Alert Level 3

At Alert Level 3 you can move house if you are moving or relocating home permanently to another property in the same Alert Level with some restrictions.

The Unite Against Covid-19 site advised that: “You should carry documents with you to show that you are moving house to help explain your travel. This could be a tenancy or sales agreement or proof of address.”

You can use a moving company if you are moving to another Alert Level 3 region. You will need to keep 2 metres apart from the movers at all times and wear a mask.
